Roy Heath, our Sustainable Food Development Manager has been able to take the concept of sustainable purchasing to the next level, quite simply because we have enabled him to have the time and with his enthusiasm to ‘get out there’ to talk to farmers, growers, suppliers and fishermen.
Operational managers do not have that luxury, however, we are so passionate about developing sustainable food purchasing nationally that we would like to ‘lend’ you Roy!
