Recent workshop at the Cornwall Food Production Unit.
One of the many workshops we have been commissioned to undertake on behalf of South West Food and Drink.
The objective of the course was to raise the profile of public sector procurement amongst other organizations in th e region.
This workshop focused on utilizing fresh fish mainly Pollack and Mackeral supplied by one of our suppliers.There was also the opportunity to sample some of our other dishes that are produced in the CFPU.
