        Roy Heath, our Sustainable Food Development Manager has been able to take the concept of sustainable purchasing to the next level, quite simply because we have enabled him to have the time and with his enthusiasm to ‘get out there’ to talk to farmers, growers, suppliers and fishermen.

          One of the many workshops we have been commissioned to undertake on behalf of South West Food and Drink.
  • Awards
        New Award for Sustainable Food Develoment Manager Roy Heath was named as the Southwests:Local Food Hero at the recent Food Awards hosted by Taste of the West.
